Study says 1.5-mile bike path, improvements should connect Newark to surrounding towns

Together North Jersey has released the results of its 'Irvington Avenue: Creating a Complete Corridor' study. ESSEX COUNTY - A new study is recommending several developments - including a one-and-a-half mile bike lane - that it says can help connect four diverse Essex County towns: South Orange, Newark, Maplewood, and Irvington.
