NJPAC: a monument to Tom Kean's vision of Newark | Di Ionno

The evening view from the third floor of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center isn't skyscraper-expansive, but it's high enough to see the changes in Newark since the state-of-the-art theater venue opened in 1997. The windows look out over Military Park, fresh off a $3 million renovation.
