Newark St. Patrick's Day Parade names first female Grand Marshal in 80-year history

Irish immigrant Rosemarie L. Mellody of Montclair will serve at the Grand Marshal of the 80th Annual Newark St. Patrick's Day Parade. NEWARK - For the first time in its 80-year history, the city's famed St. Patrick's Day Parade will have a woman at its helm.
