Kearny medical office receptionist's sentencing for embezzling more than $400K postponeds

The sentencing of a receptionist at a Kearny medical practice who embezzled more than $446,000 and spent more than $200,000 with fraudulent credit cards has been postponed until next month, according to court records. Gwendolyn Muller, of Kearny, who pleaded guilty in October to one count each of embezzlement, credit card fraud and tax evasion, will be sentenced by federal Judge William J. Martini on March 24 in Newark.
