Port Authority Police arrested a New Jersey man for driving while intoxicated on the Staten Island Expressway on Tuesday morning after he registered a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal driving limit, according to PA Spokesman Joe Pentangelo. Bruno Sebestia, 33, of Newark, N.J., crossed over the Goethals Bridge early Tuesday morning in a grey Nissan.
