Belleville police: Suspect was tailing delivery truck

Belleville police last week arrested an individual after he was allegedly found with a purse that had earlier been reported missing in town. Rafael Martines, 35, of Newark was arrested and charged with theft, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, and possession of a hypodermic needle on Dec. 16 at 5:49 p.m., according to Belleville Det.
