Manslaughter convict: I didn't know the two cars I rammed were police vehicles

MORRISTOWN - A 32-year-old Newark man who was on parole for a manslaughter conviction from Essex County when he allegedly rammed two unmarked police cars in Morristown during a drug investigation will continue being held on $250,000 bail, a Superior Court judge ruled Monday. However, even if Terrel Hyman manages to post the bail, he won't be released, because the state parole board has imposed a "no bail" hold on him for allegedly violating his parole, Morris County Assistant Prosecutor Joseph Napurano told the court.
