James Tedesco, who is to be sworn in Thursday as Bergen County Executive, filled another key role in his administration Tuesday, naming Julien Neals as County Counsel. Neals was appointed Newark's Chief Municipal Judge in 2006 by then-Mayor Cory Booker, who is now a U.S. senator, according to a news release issued by Tedesco.
