NEWARK, N.J. - Newark Mayor Ras Baraka is set to hold a news conference on Monday after a violent holiday weekend resulted in ten shootings and three people dead. Baraka, who will be joined by Police Director Eugene Venable, is set to announce a plan to curb the violence.
