Tariq Larkins, 22, Newark, N.J., had been charged with obstructing official business due to his behavior that prevented the county Drug Task Force and city police from conducting the search at a residence on Peach Alley. Judge Melissa Byers Emmerling had also charged him with contempt of court and sentenced him to five jail days during his initial appearance last week.
