After 22 years, a vigil in Newark still remembers lives lost to violence

Every year in October , Jakki Bundley walks to the spot where her son was shot and killed on Irvine Turner Boulevard in Newark. She takes a wreath - the latest one is trimmed with yellow flowers - and places it on a street pole in front of stores near Springfield Avenue.
