YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y Orlando L. Wellington, a 56-year-old of Newark N.J., was charged on Tuesday with forcible touching, according to Yorktown police. Police said a call was received from a female resident of Beaver Ridge Apartments reporting past unwanted sexual contact.
