Following a six-month investigation, two Newark men were arrested in connection with up to 10 ATM "crash and grabs," including one at a Bloomfield Dunkin Donuts, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn A. Murray announced Wednesday. Levell Burnett, 38, and Mark Smith, 32, both of Newark, were arrested without incident.
