Judges Too Lenient on Animal Abusers

In 2011 people around the world were shocked and sickened by one of the worst cases of animal abuse ever recorded in the state of New Jersey. "Patrick" a Pit Bull was intentionally starved by his owner Kisha Curtis then stuffed in a trash bag and dropped down a garbage chute in Newark, NJ.
