On Wed., April 29, County Executive DiVincenzo plans to host the Annual Essex County Jewish Heritage Celebration, starting at noon, at the Essex County Hall of Records in Newark. During the program, the executive will present Star of Essex County Awards to a couple who is deeply involved in important areas of the Jewish community - Nomi Colton-Max, Board President, Congregation Beth El in South Orange, and Harold Colton-Max, CEO of the Jewish Community Housing Corporation of Metropolitan New Jersey.
