Murray J. Sklar of Livingston was among 10 veterans honored by the Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders during its Veterans Day celebration on Nov. 12 at the Hall of Records in Newark. Each honoree received a citation from State Sen. Teresa Ruiz .
