A 49-year-old Newark man has been arrested in connection with the CARS Delivery robbery, authorities said. According to police, Dennis Royal, 49, allegedly entered the CARS Restaurant on Valley Road at about 2:17 a.m. on Dec. 10 wearing a ski mask and demanding money from the cash register.
