The Paramus Police Department and Ramsey Police Department announce the arrest of Alex Beltransarcay, 32 yoa, of Newark NJ for theft of packages from porches of victims homes. On Monday December 1, 2014 at approximately 12:55 pm, a Ramsey resident reported that he observed male steal a package off of his front porch.
