Bail was set at $70,000 cash or bond for a Newark man who made his first court appearance Monday on multiple counts related to suspected PCP, officials said. Derrick B. Moyd, 42, appeared in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City via video link from the Hudson County Correctional Facility in Kearny.
