Michelle Obama gave an inspiring speech to black women at the Black Girls Rock! event in Newark, New Jersey this past weekend and looked stunning in Zac Posen while doing so. The show will air on BET on April 5, featuring director Ava DuVernay, Jada Pinkett Smith and singer Erykah Badu among the honorees.
