The death of a man who was found inside a car Wednesday night in Jersey City has been ruled a homicide, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office has confirmed. The state Regional Medical Examiner's Office in Newark has determined that the cause of the man's death was a gunshot wound to the head and the manner of his death was homicide, Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Gene Rubino said yesterday afternoon.
