N.J. man, no longer accused of pulling trigger, pleads guilty to role in fatal shooting

NEWARK - While no longer accused of being the gunman, a former Newark man has pleaded guilty to his role in the 2011 fatal shooting of a woman in the city's downtown. Kyron Washington, 27, pleaded guilty on March 17 to a reckless manslaughter charge in connection with the April 14, 2011 shooting of Arlene Fields, 42, of East Orange .
