The suspect in the attempted $10,000 robbery of a Montclair Bank of America branch is scheduled to appear in court this morning in Newark, prosecutors said. Eric Tyler, 22 was arrested on charges of armed robbery and making terroristic threats Wednesday after leaving the branch at 441 Bloomfield Avenue with the stolen bank funds in a bag, police said.
