Bloomfield College said it would resume a normal class schedule after Winter Storm Juno dropped up to eight inches of snow on the state. Rutgers University, which has a Newark campus at 249 University Avenue and New Jersey Institute of Technology, at 154 Summit Street, in Newark, both will resume classes on Wednesday with a regular schedule.
