N.J. Supreme Court to review overturned convictions in killing of Jehovah's Witness

Darien Weston, pictured during his December 2009 sentencing, has been charged in the 2007 murder of 23-year-old Newark resident Paul Phillips. The state Supreme Court is reviewing the case after a state appellate panel overturned his convictions in 2013.
