Montclair State University, at 1 Normal Avenue, in Montclair, said it will reopen on Wednesday with a normal class schedule after a winter storm dumped up to eight inches of snow on the state of New Jersey. Rutgers University, which has a Newark campus at 249 University Avenue and New Jersey Institute of Technology, at 154 Summit Street, in Newark, both will resume classes on Wednesday with a regular schedule.
