Newark police arrest three after loaded guns recovered from mailbox, potato chip box

Newark police spokesman Sgt. Ronald Glover said the first seizure came at around 12:20 p.m., when members of the Narcotics and Gang Division conducting surveillance on the 40's block of West Kinney Street watched 53-year-old Kenneth Jackson remove a loaded .380-caliber handgun from his waistband and place it in his jacket.
