Newark, NJ On Wednesday, Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. announced that Montclair was among the 14 Essex County municipalities and 36 non-profit community organizations who received $4.8 million in grants from the Community Development Block Grant program and the Emergency Solutions Grant program. Planning Director Janice Talley announced that Montclair received $322,927 for the 2014 program year.
