The state Health Department on Friday released details of New Jersey's policies for screening and quarantining travelers arriving in Newark from Ebola-stricken countries in West Africa. The policy, announced a week ago by Governor Christie at a joint news conference with New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, goes beyond federal guidelines.
