Christie, Obama trade jabs as details of N.J. Ebola quarantine plan emerge

Police and a reporter outside the Maine home where Kaci Hickox, a nurse who was quarantined in Newark, is staying. As Governor Christie and President Obama sparred Wednesday over mandatory quarantines for travelers exposed to Ebola patients, a draft of the state's strategy to deal with the virus outlined how it would enforce those quarantines, transport people to hospitals and treat children of parents who may have to be isolated.
