HOV rules on the New Jersey Turnpike north have been suspended this morning to ease a multi-mile delay resulting from two accidents on the highway. High Occupancy Vehicle rules were suspended from Interchange 11 - Garden State Parkway in Woodbridge Twp to Interchange 14 in Newark.
