The building that now houses Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Newark , NJ dates back to 1890, and since its opening it's held a variety of businesses, including a chandelier factory, a boxing club, and a few others. Now, however, it's where you can find some ridiculously good, finger-licking food that makes you not even care that bathing suit season is coming up.
