Newark one of the dreariest weather cities in the country? Climatologist's formula says so

While Seattle's notoriously gray skies are only rivaled by Buffalo, according to a recent climatologist's report, a Garden State city's drab views don't fall far behind. Based on national weather statistics, independent climatologist Brian Brettschneider recently created a dreary index on his climate blog ranking cities across the country with Newark coming in fourth.
