Newark man charged with using cell phone to record himself sexually abusing minors

NEWARK - A city man has been charged with sexually abusing two minors and recording the acts on his cell phone, authorities announced today. Justin Kinney, 26, is facing two counts of producing child pornography after a federal grand jury returned an indictment against him earlier this week, U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said in a statement.
