The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of fugitive Ramsey car dealer Bobby Khan, the FBI's Newark office announced Thursday. Khan, who is believed to be out of the country, is accused of using his luxury car dealership, Emporio Motor Group, to bilk dozens of car owners, as well as banks and financing companies, in deals that involved Porsches, Bentleys, and other high-priced vehicles.
