Newark issues 104 violations to landlord after complaints of faulty heat, rats

NEWARK - Newark officials have issued 104 code violations against a landlord they say has left tenants with faulty heat, rat-invested rooms and structurally weak buildings, city officials said. The building's owner Wayne Fox of Realty Management Associates was subsequently issued 104 violations from the city, according to the city.
