Millburn Police said they arrested two men who took authorities on a high speed chase from Livingston in a stolen BMW this morning before side swiping a vehicle on at a red light on South Orange Avenue, and then taking off on foot. The suspects, Troy Turner, 34, of Newark, and Umar Yasin, 26, of East Orange, were charged with possession of stolen property after police they took police on a high speed chase from Livingston into Millburn this morning, Millburn Police Sgt.
