Former Rockaway school superintendent pleads guilty to attempted witness tampering

Gary Vitta, former superintendent of Rockaway Township Public Schools, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted witness tampering. Gary Vitta, the former superintendent of Rockaway Township Public Schools , pleaded guilty in federal court on Monday to one count of attempted witness tampering, according to the U.S. Attorney's office in Newark.
