The heartbreaking story of two dogs in Newark found abandoned and starving

This is the heartbreaking story of two dogs who were abandoned and starving before being rescued by Associated Humane Popcorn Park Shelter, their Facebook page reported September 24. AHS received a call several days ago about dogs being kept in an abandoned house on South 10th Street in Newark, New Jersey. Once staffers got into the house, they found it empty- until they reached the third floor.
