Prosecutors: 1 dead, 2 wounded in Newark shooting

Police officers responding to reports of shots fired on North 9th Street in the city's Roseville section found the victims around 11 p.m. Friday. Essex County prosecutors say 28-year-old city resident Andrew Peppers was pronounced dead early Saturday at a hospital.
