It was good to read about the People's Organization for Progress demonstration in Newark to seek justice for Kashad Ashford, a 23-year-old Newark man shot by police after a chase from Rutherford to Lyndhurst in September. As the demonstrators were demanding, it is important to review all relevant documents, particularly in this time of more frequent shootings of black men.
