Ironbound residents win fight against another parking lot

Several cars are parked on a small strip of land in the Ironbound section of Newark that a property owner was not supposed to be using as a parking lot until he got approval. The Zoning Board of Adjustment rejected the application for the parking lot, but the cars were still parked there after the decision.
