NEWARK - An East Orange man pleaded not guilty today to child endangerment and weapons charges in connection with the case in which a 12-year-old boy accidentally shot his 9-year-old sister at a Newark home. Haleem Graham, 32, is accused of leaving the loaded handgun in the home that the boy used on Nov. 15 to shoot his sister.
