Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, star of MTV's hit TV show Jersey Shore, has found himself in a precarious situation after being accused of failing to pay taxes on $8.9 million in earnings. Mr. Sorrentino and his brother, Marc Sorrentino, have been charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States and filing false tax returns from 2010 to 2012, according to a statement Wednesday from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Newark, New Jersey.
