Nurse, convicted murderer admit to conspiring to smuggle heroin into prison, prosecutor says

Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn A. Murray, pictured in this December 2013 photo, announced today that a nurse and a convicted murderer had pleaded guilty to conspiring to smuggle 50 decks of heroin into Northern State Prison in Newark.
