On August 11, 2014, Cpl. Chad Wilson encountered Altino Correria of Irvington after it was reported that he was attempting to hitch hike on Division Ave. While engaging Mr. Correria, it was discovered that he had an outstanding warrant from the City of Newark for $3000.
