East Newark incumbents trounce council challengers

With 100 percent of precincts in, incumbents Hans Peter Lucas and Jeanne Zincavage won about 315 votes each, or 33 percent, defeating challengers Gianni Donates and Michael Magliotto, who each won about 165 votes, or 17 percent.
