Bayonne one of the most underfunded school districts in state, report says

The Education Law Center, an education advocacy organization out of Newark, labeled Bayonne School District in a recent report as "one of the most underfunded in New Jersey" at a time when the district is contending with an influx of new students, a high number of low-income and bilingual students and schools in need of upgrades.
