Larger award denied for N.J. man who jumped from moving vehicle in police chase

A state appeals has ruled against Kevin Peebles in his challenge of the amount of the verdict awarded in his lawsuit against an Irvington cop who ran over Peebles after he jumped from a moving vehicle during a high-speed police chase through Newark and Irvington in March 2008.
