Essex County Prosecutor's Office Offers $10,000 Reward in Newark Murders

A $10,000 Reward has been announced by the Essex County Prosecutor's Office and the Essex County Sheriff's Office for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the double murder of Manu Smith, 24, of Hillside and Harry Lovengood, 21, of Newark.
